Woke up to another clear blue sky over Vancouver and we planned to have a relaxing day as our efforts up to now had failed. (Probably due to my list of must do's).
We sheltered from the sun under a killer whale for a while.
Walking past the marina again. Just such a contrast with the power boats, colourful house boats and modern buildings behind.
Totem poles in Stanley Park near the start of 8.8km sea wall walk.
Girl in a wetsuit statue. To remind Vancouver of how important the sea is to the city.
Lions Gate Bridge.
Prospect Point Lookout.
I had been promising Hazel an ice cream for 3 weeks and today was her lucky day.
Can you see the happiness on that face.
As we passed third beach we decided it was time to relax. Within seconds of laying out in the sun we were both asleep.
I then decided to go for a little dip. Refreshing!
After several well earned hours chilling on the beach it was time to complete the sea wall walk.
No particular meaning to this picture I just like it.
